1. About CandleRange

CandleRange is operated by SAH Consult Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms of Service govern your use of candlerange.com and all associated services. By creating an account or using CandleRange, you agree to these terms.

2. Not Financial Advice

CandleRange is a market structure terminal. All content, analysis, signals, AI commentary, and data provided by CandleRange is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on CandleRange constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. CandleRange does not recommend specific trades or investment decisions. Trading foreign exchange, metals, and other financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. SAH Consult Ltd accepts no liability for any trading losses incurred as a result of using CandleRange.

3. Accuracy of Data

CandleRange uses automated scanning engines, third-party price feeds (OANDA), and AI models to generate market structure analysis. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data, analysis, or AI commentary is correct, complete, or up to date. Price data is sourced from OANDA and may differ from other brokers or data providers. You should always verify information against your own broker's charts before making any trading decision.

4. Subscriptions

Free tier: Access to the CandleRange terminal and currency strength features at no cost.

PRO subscription: Access to all features including Pair Intelligence, AI Analyst, Scanner, and Trade Journal.

Founding Member pricing: Users who subscribe at the founding member rate of $99/month will retain that price for as long as their subscription remains active and continuous. If a founding member subscription lapses, the standard rate will apply upon resubscription.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on subscription payments except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: redistribute, resell, or share CandleRange content, signals, or analysis with third parties; use CandleRange data to build competing products or services; attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the CandleRange platform; share your account credentials with other users; use CandleRange in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, methodology, and branding associated with CandleRange is the intellectual property of SAH Consult Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal trading purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAH Consult Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CandleRange, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or for any other reason at our discretion. In the event of termination, any prepaid subscription fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of CandleRange after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
